I am Edgar “JP” Pazmino, M.A., CRC, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, entrepreneur, disability advocate, and entertainment professional committed to empowering people of all abilities to build confidence, independence, transferable skills, and meaningful connections within their communities.

My professional background combines rehabilitation counseling, disability services, case management, advocacy, assistive technology, leadership, and 10+ years of experience in the entertainment industry. Since 2015, I have developed The Inka Empire (TIE), providing professional MC, DJ, entertainment, event coordination, and inclusive event services. As MC Jr. P, I bring energy, creativity, communication, and a person-centered approach to events while creating environments where people feel welcomed, respected, and included.

I earned my M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University, San Bernardino, and became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). I am also continuing my education in Deaf Studies at Mt. San Antonio College, strengthening my knowledge of Deaf culture, American Sign Language, accessibility, and communication.

Beyond direct services, I have developed leadership, event planning, budgeting, logistics, contract coordination, public speaking, marketing, customer service, and entrepreneurship skills through The Inka Empire and my involvement with Always Making Progress (AMP), a student-led disability support organization at CSUSB.

Today, I am expanding TIE through The Inka Empire Academy, built around three pillars: Education, Entertainment, and Entrepreneurship. The goal is to create opportunities for people with disabilities and others to develop self-efficacy, workplace and transferable skills, leadership, creativity, and real-world experience.

I believe entertainment can be more than entertainment—it can educate, empower, create opportunities, and bring communities together.
